• To rent the BellyBeats Fetal Doppler Monitor you will be charged: $25.00 p/month (taxes included)-charged to the credit card given.
• To rent the BellyBeats Digital Fetal Doppler you will be charged: $45.00 p/month (taxes included) -charged to the credit card given.

The FDA requires that you contact your doctor and gain consent prior to use of this product.

When renting either Fetal Doppler unit, the initial charge to your credit card will be made at the time of the order. Your billing date for future charges is the day the monitor is shipped. Recurring charges will be made on the same day each month thereafter until the unit is returned or purchased. When returning the Fetal Doppler unit, please contact us via telephone or e-mail and charges will be held for 7 days past the billing date pending the return of the monitor. Fetal Doppler rental fees can be applied toward purchase. Fetal Doppler Rental fees are not pro-rated. Standard shipping is free with all fetal doppler rentals, however, if you choose a different Fetal Doppler shipping method, any applicable charges will be charged with the first month's rental. The rental fee includes taxes.

This rental lease and agreement shall be deemed to have been executed and entered into in the State of California and shall be construed, enforced, and performed in accordance with the laws thereof. Under California State Law, theft of Rental Property is considered a felony and punishable thereof.

Warranty: BellyBeats warrants that the BellyBeats Fetal Doppler Monitor and the BellyBeats Digital Fetal Doppler will perform to standard specifications during the rental period. BellyBeats will replace any unit that fails during the rental period. However, if the unit is damaged by misuse, neglect or accident, the customer assumes full liability for repair or replacement costs. If the unit is stolen, lost, or destroyed, the customer will be charged the full price of the unit: $449.00 for the BellyBeats Fetal Doppler Monitor or $599.00 for the BellyBeats Digital Doppler.

Returns: Upon receiving the BellyBeats Fetal Doppler, if you are not completely satisfied, Contact BellyBeats at 866-Mommy2b (666-6922) within 5 days for a refund (total charge refunded minus a $7.50 shipping and handling fee). Rental charges will be incurred after a period of 5 days. When you are ready to return the BellyBeats Fetal Doppler, please follow the enclosed return instructions and return the Fetal Doppler in its original shipping container to the following address:
